Staff at life company Royal London 360 have handed over more than £2,000 to the Isle of Man's Special Care Baby Unit.
The cash, raised at the company's Christmas raffle, will fund specialist training in the United Kingdom for two members of the nursing team.
That expertise will ensure more babies can be treated at Noble's Hospital, rather than being sent to the UK, away from their families.
A wide range of Manx companies donated prizes to the Royal London raffle, from hotels, restaurants and shops to printing firms and recruitment agencies.
