Company introduces contract changes
An Island telecom's company is promising customers won't receive unwanted bills due to data charges.
Sure has changed its mobile contracts to allow an 'unlimited data' three month period, before then assessing usage and picking an appropriate plan for the user.
The provider has also introduced a new system to let customers know via text if they're close to their allocated data limit, with an option to buy more to last the rest of the month.
Chief Marketing Officer at Sure, Alistair Beak, says the changes are designed to 'empower the customer' and give them 'total control' of their data usage.
