Bosses buoyant in KPMG Outlook survey
A major survey of company bosses around the world suggests growing optimism for the global economy, raising hope for business expansion in the Isle of Man.
Almost 1300 chief executives in Europe, Asia and the USA took part in the KPMG International Outlook study, assessing prospects for the next three years.
The majority of CEOs are more confident than they were last year about economic growth, with 69 per cent of European bosses optimistic about their companies' ability to grow over the next 12 months.
The results are good news for Manx firms, according to KMPG Isle of Man's managing director Mike Fayle.
He says the Island's dependence on international markets means the Manx economy reflects what is happening in the wider world:
