
The Isle of Man’s Agreement with Luxembourg for the Avoidance of Double Taxation has come into effect.
The agreement, signed in London by Treasury Minister Eddie on the 8th of April, also prevents fiscal evasion with respect to taxes
It was ratified at the May sitting of Tynwald.
The Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in London, has now confirmed that Luxembourg has completed its own ratification procedures.
