On-going industrial action in the UK will have a knock-on effect in the Isle of Man.
Manx employees are not involved but from Thursday there will be disruption for mail going to or though the UK. Post early is the advice, no later than Wednesday. Otherwise Parcelforce's guaranteed next day service is recommended.
During the dispute "local to local" mail will not be unaffected.
The row is the continuing dispute over pay.
