The Chartered Management Institute in the Isle of Man has named Jon McGowan as its seventh president.
Mr McGowan is the Managing Director of MAC Financial Ltd, and at 38 is the youngest president the Isle of Man branch has ever had.
Jon (pictured) studied at King William's College and had spells in banking and insurance, before joining Aon.
There he led a management buy out of the company’s pensions business to form MAC Financial.
