Non-essential visitors to all residential services provided by Adult Social Care will not be allowed in from 23:59 tonight.

Other areas covered by the new rule are all learning disability residential community homes; dementia day care services in Douglas, Ramsey and Port St Mary; plus day services for older people in Douglas, Onchan, Ramsey, Peel and Port St Mary.
Finally, dementia care and support services at Thie Meanagh, including Sweetbriar, in Douglas, the Gansey and Langness units in Port St Mary and Reayrt Skyal in Ramsey.
