ANPR identifies unlicensed vehicles on Manx roads
Almost 400 drivers have been caught without car tax so far in 2021.
The Department of Infrastructure's Automatic Number Plate Recognition technology has recorded 393 vehicles without a valid licence since the start of the year.
Owners of vehicles spotted without valid tax are sent a letter - enforcement is dealt with by the police.
Last year 449 drivers were found not to have taxed their cars.
