Emergency crews extinguish electrical fire quickly
An issue with an artificial Christmas tree has caused a fire in Kirk Michael.
Emergency services were called to a house in the north of the Island, shortly before 9pm last night.
The small electrical fire was extinguished quickly and no one was harmed.
Fire crews are reminding people in any similar situation to close the door on the fire, get out of the property and call the emergency services straight away.
