Bill Dale calls for more return schemes on the Island
The founder of Beach Buddies says he would like to see more deposit return systems on packaging.
Bill Dale was speaking as a new scheme has been launched in the UK by Walkers Crisps, to try and encourage people to collect crisp bags for recycling.
The scheme will apply on the Island, though currently there's no central collection point.
Mr Dale says only a small number of bags make there way on to the Island's beaches, and he would like to see schemes which currently apply to bottles used elsewhere:
