Chief Minister wants better internet access
The Chief Minister says improving the Island's internet access is a 'necessity'.
Howard Quayle was speaking in response to Ayre & Michael MHK Tim Baker, who enquired in Keys earlier about broadband speeds in rural areas.
Mr Quayle explained that an independent report commissioned by the Department of Economic Development had made several recommendations - including that government work more closely with telecoms companies to lower cost and bolster services:
Government 'expects fuel pricing to stabilise by middle of week'
Tanker carrying 4.5 million litres of fuel waiting to dock
Queues at pumps as diesel prices increase across Island
We aren't the fun police!
