Minister defends £10 million scheme which will see developers bid for cash
Handing out money to developers looking to regenerate derelict brownfield sites on the Isle of Man could help provide accommodation for key workers.
That’s the view of the enterprise minister whose department has received Tynwald backing to ringfence £10 million to spark development.
