The bus drivers' dispute with the DCCL over terms and conditions has to go to binding arbitration.
That's according to Liberal Vannin Party Leader Peter Karran, who visited drivers protesting at the Banks Circus depot during yesterday's strike action.
Mr Karran says it's sad to see the saga drag on for so long.
He says something needs to be done to resolve it:
Bus drivers to hold off taking industrial action while talks continue
Petrol station to trial bodycams
Regulation of Health and Social Care Bill pushed back to 2027
Manx patients will be contacted if appointments are impacted by UK strikes
