Injuries not thought to be life threatening
Fire services were called to the accident on Johnny Watterson Lane this morning (Wed 10)
The incident happened around 09:30am when Douglas crews responded to a two vehicle road traffic collision at the junction of Johnny Watterson lane and Cronk-ny-Mona.
One person was trapped in their car by their injuries.
Emergency services used hydraulic cutting equipment to remove them from the wreckage and the casualty was then transferred to an ambulance.
Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
