Owner thinks it could be deliberate
An Andreas resident says he thinks someone could be deliberately harming pets in the area.
Over the last few weeks, all three of Bill Dale's cats have come home with near-identical injuries to their face, around the nose and mouth.
He's spoken to the police, but is also trying to find out if anyone else who lives around there has had anything similar happen.
