
An Onchan MHK's comments about freedom of information angered the chief minister in the House of Keys today.
Peter Karran got to his feet suggesting charging for requests was a way of clawing back money he claimed had been 'blown' by previous administrations.
He also suggested it was a way of preventing poorer people from submitting requests.
