Farmer says variety of crops has given his farm resilience

The weather has had an impact on farmers planting crops this year, but having variety on a farm can help minimise the impact.

That's from a Regaby farmer who's been discussing the impact of the wettest April on record.

Alan Radcliffe of Ballayockey Farm says his crops went in later than usual this year as a result of the rainfall.

But, he told Manx Radio's Countryside having different types of crops has lessened the effect:
