Crosby man's affray case adjourned

Alleged incident took place on October 5

A Crosby man's appeared in court charged with affray.

40-year-old Martyn Edward Kissack went before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes on Tuesday (Nov 8).

The offence was allegedly committed on October 5.

No pleas have yet been entered and Mrs Hughes adjourned the case for a further week until November 15.

Mr Kissack's bail remains as before.
