Belfast man denies charge
A Belfast man will go on trial this morning (Mon), charged with causing the death of an Island man during last year's TT fortnight.
Former police officer Kevin Baker died after his motorbike collided with a car near Barregarrow on 4 June.
Dr Philip Windrum, from Dundonald, is accused of causing the 69-year-old's death by careless or inconsiderate driving.
He denies the charge.
Two weeks have been set aside for the trial.
