Expressions of interest open until Friday 13 March
Isle of Man Post Office has extended the deadline for those wanting to become the new 'service partner' at its Ballasalla branch.
The current sub-post master will now stand down from his position in April, having extended his notice period, at which point a self-service kiosk will be installed in the premises.
With that transition, some of the functions that the current counter service model provides will be lost.
The successful candidate will essentially provide support to customers operating the touch screen services, and provide information and advice for completing paper-based services.
The new deadline for expressions of interest is Friday, 13 March.
