Education bosses keen to address changing nature of the school bully
Cases of physical abuse are on the decline but cyberbullying is on the rise, according to the Department of Education and Children.
A Tynwald committee's heard sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat are now more commonly used as a platform to intimidate others.
Chief Executive of the DEC Ronald Barr insists the changing nature of bullying tactics does need to be tackled.
He's calling on both teachers and parents to help address the matter:
