Reducing hospital waiting lists to pre-Covid levels 'will be a battle, and will take a substantial amount of time.'
Health Minister David Ashford made the comments at the latest coronavirus media conference.
He says waiting times have suffered throughout the pandemic, and whilst they hope to bring in extra staff, that comes with its own delay:
