Ground zero vigil for 1973 tragedy
Campaigners are calling on government to do something with the former Summerland site.
A memorial was held on the derelict spot for the first time last night, to mark 45 years since a fire claimed the lives of 50 people.
Tina Brennan witnessed the devastating blaze as a young girl.
She, and those who turn out yearly to remember the disaster, hope a permanent memorial can be built.
