Department is £5,665,000 over budget
The infrastructure minister says a £5.6 million overspend by his department is down to paying for other people's energy usage.
Tim Crookall will ask Tynwald to balance his budget at next month’s sitting of the court.

The DoI pays for the energy costs of the other departments apart from Home Affairs and Education, Sport and Culture.
