Crime described as 'opportunist'
Police are investigating a burglary in Derby Road, Douglas, which happened on Thursday night or Friday morning.
Someone broke into the property between 8.30pm on Thursday and 6.30am on Friday.
Officers say it appears to have been an opportunist crime, with a thief taking advantage of a lack of security to steal.
