Pleas yet to be entered
A man banned from the roads in November is alleged to have been caught behind the wheel just weeks later.
Forty-two-year-old William Russell, of Berrywoods Grove in Douglas, appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He didn't enter pleas to three charges – one each of driving whilst disqualified, failing to stop for police and having no insurance on 15 December.
After hearing Mr Russell had been disqualified in November, Mrs Hughes bailed him on condition he doesn't drive to appear again on 14 January.
