Not guilty plea entered by 43-year-old
A Douglas man’s appeared in court over allegations he’s breached a sexual offences prevention order imposed more than six years ago.
43-year-old Andrew Mark Byrne, of Drury Terrace, appeared at Douglas courthouse before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes via a video link from the Isle of Man prison.
He’s previously pleaded not guilty to viewing images of children on the internet using a computer at David Gray House and thereby breaching the terms of the 2013 order.
Mrs Hughes remanded him in custody, and he’s due to appear in court again on 27 August.
