Police launch appeal
An investigation has been launched after a collision in the capital yesterday morning.
Police are describing it as a 'hit and run' on Douglas Head Road shortly before 9.30am.
The hill, and its junction with South Quay roundabout, was closed for almost an hour while emergency services - including paramedics - attended.
It's not been confirmed if there were any casualties.
If you know what happened, you are asked to call police on 631212.
