Black Grace Cowley uses video link to assess homes
A local estate agent has carried out its first property valuation online.
In accordance with social distancing measures introduced by the government, Black Grace Cowley can make an appraisal via video link rather than visiting the property in person.
Residential director Tim Groves says that despite the current emergency, there is still a market for valuations:
