94 houses to become local authority stock
Castletown Commissioners is looking for a contractor to build the second phase of its School Hill development.
The local authority has completed the first phase, of 40 dwellings, with phases two and three having 48 and 45 properties respectively.
It's hoped the rest of the development will be underway by April 2025 and shouldn't take more than two years to complete.
Of the 133 new homes 39 will be sold privately and 94 dwellings will become part of the local authority's housing stock.
Applications for the development can be found here.
