Festive acts of kindness sent in

Students get into true meaning of Christmas

Words written by Dr Seuss in the classic festive story, How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

And words that are being lived up to by the Island's students, who have been peppering their days with random acts of kindness over the holiday season.

Teachers from Ballakermeen have been sending in the little acts of loveliness they've seen their pupils do on a daily basis.

Year 8's Danielle Wilkinson, has been helping her peers simply by lending her ears to those who might be having a bad day.

Also in year 8, is Doug Grosvenor, who has completed a kindness calendar every day. His teacher, Mrs Sherrington says he is a lovely, positive person, willing to help anyone.

Miss Campbell got in touch to tell us about Jack Grimley and Tyler Hughes who bought a meal for someone who was sleeping rough and also, Ben Reaney  who paid a stranger's bus fare when they were caught short.

If you have experienced any random acts of kindness recently then please, do let us know about them on the Manx Radio Facebook Page.
