A company is still awaiting its sentence in relation to a fatal accident in May 2013.

Fifty-five-year-old Gareth Sowden died after he was trapped under a shipping container in Kirk Michael.

He was working on a sewage treatment project.

UK firm Tuke and Bell Ltd submitted a revised basis of plea in Douglas courthouse this morning - before the case was adjourned until Friday August 21.

Deemster Montgomerie said he appreciated any delay in relation to this matter must add to the prolonged suffering of Mr Sowden's family.
