Teenager to appear in court again next month

The court case of a teenager accused of attempted murder has been adjourned for four weeks.

Taylor Jake Murphy, whose address was given as care of the prison, spoke only to confirm his name in an appearance at Douglas Courthouse this morning.

The 19-year-old is also charged with several other offences, including two counts of robbery and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.

No application for bail was made, and he'll appear in court again on 11 November.
