Decision time for hundreds of students
It’s GCSE results day, and hundreds of Island students will find out their grades today as they consider further education or joining the world of work.
But as well as the start of their journeys, it’s also the beginning of the end of the qualifications they’ve just sat.
The Isle of Man is to phase out many GCSE subjects from this year, replacing them with the exam’s international version.
