CND owner confident in Manx talent pool

An IT company serving America's National Security Agency is bringing its business to the Isle of Man.

Founder Andy Cuff established Computer Network Defence in 2001 at his kitchen table when he created blueprints for his radar website.

Now, the company has 50 members of staff around the world - including employees in his Onchan office - which is now looking to expand.

The team here focuses on 'penetration testing', which sees clients ask for their websites to be legally hacked, to identify threats and weakness.

Andy says he's confident in recruiting from the Manx talent pool, and has staff asking to relocate here when the time is right:
