It's the second year of the motorcycle festival's charity programme

The TT has announced this year's official charity partner.

It's chosen to highlight the Great North Air Ambulance for the next 12 months.

It's the second year of the TT's charity programme, which hopes to use the motorcycle festival's platform to support charitable organisations that align with the events values.

GNAAS has completed over 70 missions in support of the Isle of Man since it began delivering critical care here in 2022.

CEO of GNAAS Joe Garcia and Manx TT competitor Connor Cummins have been speaking to Manx Radio:

Sarah Maltby MHK is the political member with responsibility for motorsport, and says: "Building on the success of the TT's first official charity partnership with Mannin Cancers, the new partnership with GNAAS demonstrates a continued commitment to use the TT and Classic TT as a platform to support services that deliver significant public benefit and measurable impact."

GNAAS will become the official charity partner from Friday 29 May.
