Committee to develop plan by May
Government is going to introduce targets to reduce the use of single use plastics.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle told the House of Keys their current use is clearly unsustainable and a serious cause of marine pollution.
The issue had been raised by Middle member Bill Shimmins who wanted to know what action government departments, boards and offices are taking to reduce their consumption.
