Parents asked to keep unwell children off school and nursery
Public Health Isle of Man's warning that hand, foot and mouth disease is currently circulating on the Island.
It's a common infection that causes mouth ulcers, and spots on hands and feet, most commonly in children under the age of 10.
Parents are advised to keep affected children away from school or nursery while they are unwell with it.
