Takes seat in St George's ward
Helen Callow won yesterday's (Thurs) by-election on Douglas Council.
Mrs Callow, who is retired, beat three other candidates to take the seat in St Georges's Ward.
The vacancy had arisen after former councillor Cat Turner had to step down.
