'Heritage projects need adequate funding for repairs' says MHK

Caine believes sites are part of identity as a nation

Adequate funding must be available for essential repairs to heritage sites.

That's according to a Garff MHK who says they are part of our identity as a nation.

Manx National Heritage will start a two-stage project in November to get the Great Laxey Wheel turning again.

The initiative is joint funded with Treasury.
