Roads open until at least midday
The weather is causing problems for today's race schedule which had already been altered.
It was hoped to start closing roads from 9.15am ahead of a practice session for the solos, with the first sidecar race scheduled for a 2pm start.
However, winds gusting to high speeds mean roads won't now close until midday at the earliest.
Organisers are due to make a further statement on today's schedule at 11am
