Hartford Homes wants to use it to advertise development

Planning permission is being sought to install an illuminated sign on the site of a building development in Port St Mary.

Hartford Homes wants to use it to advertise its five-storey Bayqueen project on The Promenade.

Construction is currently underway on a number of two, three and four bedroom apartments on the site of the former hotel with the project carrying the strapline ‘Sea To Sky – Own The Horizon’. 

The application (22/01552/d) is pending consideration.
