Michelle Haywood raised matter with police
The infrastructure minister's reported an online poll to police after it suggested she should be removed from her position with a shotgun.
The post was shared in a Facebook group campaigning against her plans to implement 20mph zones around the Island.
Michelle Haywood says people are entitled to start up petitions to have her sacked, but questioned if it was acceptable to threaten violence.
She says she's reported the matter to police.
