Graham Kinrade to take charge for six months
An interim chief executive officer has been appointed for six months at the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
Graham Kinrade has most recently held the role of Director of Government Technology Service, having started his career as a primary school teacher in 1987.
His appointment comes following last week's announcement that Professor Ronald Barr has left his post.
A statement from the department says Mr Kinrade's role will include delivering the action plan outlined by the Council of Ministers following the report into the DESC's management of the Island's schools.
