Treasury minister makes commitment in Keys
The treasury minister's promised investing in a new Castle Rushen High School won't divert funds away from other schools needing maintenance.
Dr Alex Allinson was quizzed in the House of Keys about the other funding applications the education department's made.
A number of other facilities needing work were highlighted, including Henry Bloom Noble, St Ninian's, QEII and Onchan.
But Dr Allinson has offered reassurances that if schools need money for maintenance, they will get it:
Warning of mass exodus of Manx police officers
New school planned for Park Road brownfield site
Immigration focus of Positive Action Group meeting tonight
