"Horrific cuts" says union leader
Post Office workers on the Island have voted unanimously to ballot for industrial action.
It follows a mass meeting yesterday (Sun 30/09).
Deputy General Secretary Postal of the CWU Terry Pullinger says the move comes against a backdrop of "the most horrific cuts to service and terms and conditions that I've ever seen".
In a message on Facebook Mr Pullinger claims the Post Office board "knows the price of everything and the value of nothing".
