Boot confirms UK talks are key for DEFA
As Brexit day approaches, the Island is preparing to move into the next stage of the process, the so called transition.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture has put through over a thousand pieces of legislation.
Minister Geoffrey Boot admits Manx hopes rest on using persuasion, to ensure the Island emerges in a strong position.
He says talks with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in the UK have been taking place twice a week:-
