Waiting passengers unable to access food
The infrastructure minister has described issues at Ronaldsway Airport this morning as ‘far from ideal’.
Flights have been disrupted due to low visibility, wind speed and work that’s taking place on the landing system.
This morning's inbound flight from Liverpool could not land and was forced to turn back; passengers are now awaiting a second attempt - which is now delayed until 3:10pm.
Those on the flight were onboard for nearly three hours.
Manx Radio understands that people waiting at the airport had issues accessing food whilst private providers in the departure lounge waited for deliveries.
