Intrepid 'ladies in lycra' to undertake epic quest
Cyclists of all abilities are being encouraged to join a major charity trek this summer.
Sisters Virginia and Francesca Bailey, from Shrewsbury, are embarking on a 450 mile tour of the British Isles in August - including a stop-off in the Isle of Man, where they used to holiday as children.
For their father, who's living with vascular dementia, it holds a special significance.
The journey is all in aid of charities the Alzheimer's Society and Dementia UK.
Virginia says it's a personal cause for many, and is calling on local people to join the twelve 'ladies in lycra' in August:
