Sitting starts at 10am and will be broadcast on FM
There's a short question paper facing the Island's politicians today (26 May) as the House of Keys is set to convene for an additional sitting.
But four lengthy pieces of legislation also appear on the order paper.
There are two questions for the treasury minister, with Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse set to ask the value of the Island's reserves, whilst Douglas East MHK Joney Faragher wants to know whether his department is seeking, or intends to seek, a carve-out or separate arrangement from the UK Government’s proposed changes to indefinite leave to remain rules.
Meanwhile, Onchan MHK Julie Edge will ask how many people are employed within DEFA in environmental health and inspections.
In the main agenda, the Financial Services (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2026 gets its third reading, there'll be the consideration of clauses for the National Health Service Reform Bill 2026 and the Verification of Entity Registration Bill 2026, and the Legislative Council amendments made to the Period Products (Free Provision) Bill 2025 will also be considered.
The sitting starts at 10am; you can listen live via Manx Radio's FM frequency, on DAB or via Manxradio.com.
